The petitioner has filed a present application for a direction to the respondent to grant similar relief to the petitioner like the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No.8418 of 2010 and L.P.A. No.1489 of 2011. Petitioner was initially engaged in Department of Adult and Non-Forman Education . Similarly circumstances, others who were engaged in the project of Adult and Non-Forman Education on closure of the scheme approached this Court and in their case, direction was issued to consider the case for absorption as Class IV Posts. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view

Patna High Court CWJC No.1776 of 2018 (2) dt.23-03-2018 2/2 of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.8418 of 2010 which was affirmed by L.P.A. No.1489 of 2011, the case of the petitioner may be disposed of with similar direction so that the respondent may take final decision with regard to the absorption of the petitioner along with similar circumstance.

In view of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.8418 of 2010 as affirmed in L.P.A. No.1489 of 2011, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take final decision in the light of the aforesaid decision of this Court and in case, the petitioner is found similar to the petitioners in the aforesaid case, similar treatment may be extended to this petitioner also. Final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents authorities within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
