The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakaridayal PS Case No.217/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 302, 342, 449 , 452 and 120B of the IPC was added .

Petitioner along with the other accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He has been named along with eight other accused persons as the assailant. He is in custody since 3.10.2019 and considering the same another accused person has been granted bail by a Co-

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th ACJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S.Case no.217 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
