2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that from the house of petitioner no.2, namely, Anil Yadav @ Anil Kumar, one country made pistol and live cartridge were recovered and as far as petitioner no.1, namely, Ramayan Yadav is concerned, nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of these

Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the witnesses of the seizure list are police personnel and police has not complied Section 105 of the BNSS. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 20.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and has submitted that the petitioners are having criminal antecedent of two cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 398 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna).
