The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Mantosh Kumar @ Mister.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura Sadar P.S. Case No. 351/2014.
