The petitioner has moved this Court for issuance of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1023 of 2015 dt.08-12-2017 2/2 mandamus directing the State-respondent nos. 1 to 5 to register an FIR against respondent nos. 6 to 11 on the basis of written report of the petitioner vide Annexure-14.

The State-respondent in their counter affidavit have stated that Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 477 of 2017 has already been registered.

Second prayer is for a direction to the State-respondent to provide proper security to the petitioner as well as his family members and staff.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a representation for the purpose before the appropriate committee who shall pass necessary order in this regard.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
