The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22415 of 2012 for extending the period for filing an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.
Patna High Court MJC No.2935 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, modification application is allowed. The order dated 04.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22415 of 2012 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is granted thirty days further time from the date of order for filing an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.
