Petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant one loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 5.10.2018.

Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused namely, Rahul Raihas been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 2394 of 2019 vide order dated 18.1.2019.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7272 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018.
