The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 registered under Sections 399, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 20/22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18736 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Act), Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
