The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission has pointed out that the present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 18.09.2017 passed by learned Munsif-cum-Election Tribunal, Saharsa in Election Petition No. 21 of 2016, which was filed challenging the election of Mukhiya of the year 2016. Subsequently, another election has taken place in the year 2021

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1803 of 2017(2) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 and now the matter has become infructuous.

3. In the light of aforesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of State Election Commission, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
