Learned counsel for the Accountant General has submitted that from the instructions received by him, pay of the petitioner has been revised with effect from 01.07.2009 and further that revised Pension Payment Order had also been issued to him. It was submitted that the grievance of the petitioner thus stands redressed.

Taking into consideration that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the submissions made by learned counsel for the Accountant General, the Court has no reason to disbelieve the same and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, in case any grievance of the petitioner remains unresolved, he will be at liberty to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 1, within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order. If the same is filed, the respondent no.1 shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass reasoned order within the next four weeks. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks thereafter.

5. A copy of the instructions received by learned counsel for the Accountant General which have been produced, be kept on record.
