JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State The petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.02.2015 and 11.04.2015 respectively in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 (G.R. No. 1183/2014) for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 14.02.2015 and 11.04.2015 respectively and the charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44159 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 of tampering with the evidence against the petitioners. The petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner no. 2 is the cousin brother of petitioner no. 1. The petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 103/2014.
