2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that 90 percent of the provisional pension and

Patna High Court MJC No.402 of 2024(6) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 all the admissible retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner and remaining 10 percent has been withheld due to pendency of two Departmental Proceedings.

3. The above information has also been given in the paragraph no.3 of the show cause, filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, I don't find any reason to proceed with the contempt proceeding.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding is consigned.
