JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners have aggrieved on account of nonpayment of their salary. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are continuing as Assistant Teachers but they are not being paid their salary. He submits that the petitioners have already approached the concerned authorities for redressal of their

Patna High Court CWJC No.17614 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 grievance. He further submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondent no.7 regarding payment of admitted dues.

In view of the innocuous prayer made by the writ petitioners, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.7 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass a reasoned speaking order on the representation, if any filed by the petitioners and also ensure payment of admitted dues within a period of one month from the date of filing of representation alongwith a copy of this order.
