Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Raushan Kumar Singh but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on T.I. parade although he is in custody since 20.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial
