The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 155/2013 registered for the offence under Section 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased Anita Kumari.
The father of Anita Kumari alleged that his daughter was married to Baidyanath Sah in the year 2006, but the husband and others started demand of dowry, for which a Complaint Case No. 998/2010 was filed. He further disclosed that his daughter was burnt to death.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45751 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 is living separately from his son and no specific allegation is made against him, considering the facts, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 155/2013.
