The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion in connection with some other case. Confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and thereafter petitioner has been remanded in this case.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018. He was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession.

No. 7877 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No.97 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
