Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner made customary firing in the marriage function causing fire arms injury to cousin brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no intention of the petitioner to kill the victim or cause fire arms injury and a compromise petition has also been filed in the Court below.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner caused gun shot injury to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7898 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 informant's cousin brother. petitioner has also got criminal antecedent.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
