2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on account of land dispute between the parties, all the named accused including petitioner assaulted informant and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are Gotiyas. Allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of seven days and there is no plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, District - Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
