This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Town (Begusarai) P.S.
