JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2025 Heard Mr. Akshansh Ankit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Janardan Pd. Singh along with Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Kumar Pandey, learned counsels for the Chancellor and Mr. Ashhar Mustafa alogn with Ms. Anita Kumari, learned counsels for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs that for redressal of the grievance, as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already filed a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar on 21.12.2024 for considering their case in the light of judgement dated 29.08.2024 passed in CWJC No.19683 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Jha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and another.

Considering the aforesaid informations, I find it proper to direct the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department to call for the service particulars relating to the petitioners and take a conscious decision forthwith in respect of the grievance of the petitioners as to whether the same is similar to that of Chandra Shekhar Jha & Ors (supra) and in case of being identical grievance, the present writ petitioners are also
Patna High Court CWJC No.2380 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 3/3 required to be given the same relief as has been granted to the petitioners of CWJC No.19683 of 2018.
4. I also find it proper to direct the petitioners to file their individual representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department along with their supporting documents for redressal of their grievance.
5. The above exercise is required to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
