The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 (B), 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18313 of 2020 on 13.08.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18999 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
