(ii) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found in filled in the facts and circumstances of the case;

3. For such kind of relief, the petitioner is well advised to approach the appropriate authority as in a dispute between the private parties, it is unfortunate that the writ jurisdiction are being invoked.
