JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that Rs. 92,395/- was robbed from the Allahabad Bank of Chandhosh Branch.
Subsequently, Rs.
25,000/- was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery amount can not be said to be the robbed amount. Moreover, the recovered amount has not been put on T.I. Parade. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Ist Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014.
