According to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on 4.3.2015 whereas first information report was lodged on 3.4.2015. Moreover, it is apparent from the first information report that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased persons and petitioners happen to be agnates of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Rohtas P.S. Case no. 46/2015.
