2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to hand over possession of the petitioner's land mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the District Magistrate, Araria vide order dated 9.7.2018. He submits that the petitioner would be filing an application before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
