The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation has been made against him. He has been residing separately from his son, husband of the deceased. He has earlier moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail along with his wife. But in the meantime, he was arrested and his wife Shyampari Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22871 of 2015. The informant, father of the deceased, has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41911 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.
