Petitioner was working as farmer adviser and according to the prosecution case itself, paddy was kept in the godown in the supervision of one Krishnadeo Azad @ Krishandeo Yadav who had possessed key of outer gate of the aforesaid godown. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he had key of the main godown. Co-accused Krishnadeo Azad @ Krishandeo Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Motipur P.S. Case no. 170/2013.
