Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code section 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing and exploded bomb on the members of minority community but no body was injured. Similarly situated co-accused Naresh Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 30346 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45057 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Pakri Barawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014.
