2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 224 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) A and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made loaded pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9671 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 224 of 2023.
