JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions/quashing/setting aside the order dated 07.04.2015 of respondent no. 3 i.e. the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Chakia passed in Case No. 77 of 2014-15, whereby in absence of the petitioner, who is a directly affected party, the learned Respondent no. 4 has been pleased to hold that the land in question is a public land and directed the respondent no. 4 to act in accordance with law without appreciating and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as relevant materials on record.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19137 of 2017(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 (ii). For issuance of appropriate order/ orders, direction / directions commanding the respondents concerned not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the said land as the petitioner is having valid title of the same and he is in possession of the same since very long."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
