The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 337, 427, 452, 435, 436, 380, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and similarly situated co-accused-Kundan Kumar Singh has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.8519 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 174 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
