Petitioners are an accused in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 365, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similar situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46435 of 2019.
