Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR reveals that the FIR named accused person are suspected to have committed murder of the nephew of the informant. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
