Case No. 348 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471, 468, 170 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On the assurance of providing job it is alleged that petitioner has collected total Rs.7000/- from seven different persons and petitioner along with others are named in the FIR and their involvement has been shown.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and considering the same other co-accused persons have been granted bail by order dated 6.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 68296 of 2019, vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 69821 of 2019 and vide order dated 14.1.2020
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8394 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 87075 of 2019 and petitioner is in custody since 14.8.2019.
Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 on the condition that petitioner has to appear before learned trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
