ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 It appears from Annexure-4 to the reply to the show-cause that the petitioner was issued letter contained in Memo No. 905 dated 06.03.2018 to join the office of D.I.G., Magadh Range, Gaya. The said letter was received by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that soon after the petitioner joins, the authority will take necessary steps towards compliance of the remaining part of the order.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he shall join within a week of the order passed today.

Under the circumstances, there appears to be substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court.
