The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the petitioner after he was arrested by the Police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and though he is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. It is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7004 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner, above named, on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months' custody i.e. with effect from 23.08.2018 as also subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.

The bail petition stands disposed off.
