The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the case diary and the injury report, it appears that there is no case made out against the petitioners under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
