The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sare P.S. Case No.87 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/25(1AA)/ 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that no incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The apprehended accused persons have disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
