JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for restraining the respondent no.5 from collecting the details of deposit kept in the bank account of the petitioner and her husband late Ashok Kumar Singh in United Bank of India, Saharsa in the garb of investigation of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.898 of 2016.

WJC No.746 of 2018(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 At the outset, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the police have already completed investigation and submitted their report in the court. The cognizance of the offences has already been taken and, after complying with the police report, charges have also been framed against the petitioner and others. He submitted that since the trial has proceeded, the instant application, which relates to investigation, has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that trial has already commenced.

In view of the subsequent developments, which took place during pendency of the present application, the application has become infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
