The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paraiya P.S. Case No 131 of 2019 Registered for the offences under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was involved in disposal of the dead body of the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is co-villager. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of torture against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13016 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
