2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for a direction to the respondents to create Jamabandi in favour of the petitioner which was previously running in the name of her vendors namely Shri Suraj Yadav, Shri Ram Lakkhan Yadav and Shri Ram Brichh Yadav as

3. Learned State counsel submits that the matter can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Patna to take the case of the petitioner to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not have any objection.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 to take the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing all the parties within a period of six months from the date the copy receives in his office. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
