Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered under Sections 368, 369, 370 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Human Trafficking Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73067 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19830 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 2019 by this Court with observation that petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year and now more than one year has been elapsed after passing of the order dated 05.03.2020. Further submission is that petitioner, who is lady, is in custody since 04.09.2019.
In view of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 73067 of 2019, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
