The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 45/2015 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a motor mechanic and motorcycles were parked in his garage for removing defects. Some other persons took motorcycle from the garage of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.07.2015. He has already been enlarged on bail in other case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
