2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 379, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 152 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset makes a statement at the Bar that despite mediation having failed, reason has prevailed and the parties have batched up their differences amicably and the opposite party no. 2 has now returned to her matrimonial home and matrimonial harmony has been resolved. The petitioner undertakes to produce his wife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8757 of 2019(5) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 before the learned Court below in support of his aforesaid stand.

4. In the above view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.02.2019 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 152 of 2018 shall stand confirmed if the petitioner produce the opposite party no. 2 before the learned Court below within the period of four weeks from today, failing which his bail bond shall stand automatic cancelled.
