2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the complaint case, the marriage of complainant was solemnized with this petitioner on 21.05.2017 according to Hindu rites and rituals. After marriage, all the accused persons started demanding a Bolero vehicle and due to non-fulfillment of the demand, the accused persons used to torture the complainant in several ways. In the meantime, the complainant was blessed with a daughter and lastly the accused persons snatched all her belongings and ousted

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband of the complainant and still ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full honour and dignity but the complainant does not went to live with the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is also paying Rs. 35,00/- per month maintenance amount in terms of order dated 12.04.2021 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Siwan in Siwan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Siwan, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2901 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
