The petitioner seeks bail in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The uncle of the deceased Jyoti Kumari alleged that Jyoti Kumari was married to Dilip Das, but the accused persons burnt her to death.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. The decease died on account of burn injuries while cooking food. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41870 of 2014 (3) dt.05-02-2015 allegation is made against the petitioner, she is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014.
