The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. Moreover, the allegation of firing is against other accused persons and petitioner is said to be only a member of an unlawful assembly. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 21.05.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Banka in connection with session trial no. 216 of 2015 arising out of Katoriya P.S.Case No. 223 of 2013.
