The petitioner seeks bail in Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013 registered under sections 25(1b),a/25(1-ac) 26(i)(ii)(iii)/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with Muni Lal Sah, Surendra Sao were apprehended. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.06.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 9499 of 2014 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. Petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2013 and two other accused persons Muni Lal Sao and Surendra Sao have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22.10.2014.

No.41993 of 2014 (3) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional District Judge-III, Munger in S.Tr. No. 85/14 arising out of Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013.
