2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons assaulted informant with iron rod and butt of pistol. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
