The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 557 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case demand of ransom is against one Muchkund Singh and not against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case Cellphone of the petitioner was used for demand of ransom as such he has made accused in the instant case. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018.

No.6827 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 557 of 2018 and GR No. 3831 of 2018.
